We recommend 2-4 training sessions/week to optimize your results. Your frequency within this range will depend on several factors including your current fitness level, scheduling and how time-sensitive your goal(s) are.

Private (1-on-1) training rates vary from $70-90
Semi-private training (2-3 clients) rates vary from $43-60 per client**
**Private training is highly recommended before participating in semi-private training especially if you are new to fitness, have been away from it for a long time, have significant health or injury limitations, or just prefer complete personal attention and accountability.
