I have had the pleasure of training with Josh for 2 years. Having had a trainer previous to Josh I can say with certainty that he is a patient trainer when it comes to physiological challenges his clients provide.
When I began my training with Josh, I was a slightly out of shape athlete who had been away from her sport for too long. I have a few medical concerns; mild scoliosis, carpel tunnel syndrome and moderately weak ankles. Although I believed I was relatively fit, I soon found out that due to my scoliosis, I had a very weak back. It took several months of ‘back to basics” for me to truly appreciate the planning and thought process of the workouts Josh scheduled. Today I have a much stronger back, my posture has improved drastically, and I no longer have back pain from working 12hr shifts.
Although my carpel tunnel syndrome has made training me “interesting,” Josh has always been patient with me and has always listened when I have had pain related to it. I now have several modified workouts to allow me to follow most workout plans.
